This year marks the 90th anniversary of the victory of the Red Army's Long March. From Sept 7 to 14, the Press Office of the Supreme People's Procuratorate is organizing a special interview campaign to commemorate the occasion, with participation from major central media outlets, key news websites, and online new media platforms.

Under the theme "Carry forward the great spirit of the Long March, forge ahead on a fresh journey in the new era," the campaign features on-site interviews at landmark Long March memorial sites in East China's Jiangxi and Southwest China's Sichuan provinces.

Focusing on procuratorial organs' primary duty of legal supervision and their fundamental mission of high-quality and efficient case handling, the campaign aims to demonstrate how procuratorial organs have carried forward the revolutionary legacy, shouldered new responsibilities, and delivered new achievements in the new era.

The interview group began its tour in Ruijin, a county-level city in Jiangxi, the starting point of the Central Red Army's Long March and one of the important birthplaces of the people's procuratorial work. There, the group conducted on-the-ground interviews and documented vivid stories centered on the origins and development of procuratorial petition work, as well as efforts to protect revolutionary heritage related to the Long March.

The group will later travel to Yudu county and Ganzhou city in Jiangxi, as well as to Chengdu and Qionglai cities, and Lushan and Baoxing counties in Sichuan. These interviews will delve into how procuratorial organs are safeguarding the red legacy through high-quality and efficient case handling and carrying forward and promoting the great spirit of the Long March in practice.
