
Ying Yong, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP), visits an exhibition on the theme of the evolution of the functions and institutions of the people's procuratorial system together with other SPP leading officials on July 7.
The Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP) recently opened an exhibition on the theme of the evolution of the functions and institutions of the people's procuratorial system, marking the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the 95th anniversary of the establishment of the people's procuratorial system under the absolute leadership of the CPC.
On July 7, Ying Yong, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Prosecutor General of the SPP, visited the exhibition together with other SPP leading officials, including Tong Jianming, Miao Shengming, Shi Weizhong, and Chen Dongsheng, as well as Zhang Xiaojin and Du Xueyi, vice-ministerial-level permanent members of the Procuratorial Committee of the SPP.

Structured around the four historical periods of the CPC, the exhibition traces the development of the functions and institutions of the people's procuratorial system under the Party's leadership as its main thread. It comprehensively reviews the 95-year development of the people's procuratorial system while vividly showcasing the distinctive features of the procuratorial organs: unwavering adherence to the Party's absolute leadership, steadfast commitment to the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, dedication to serving the overall interests of the country and the people, and persistent efforts to safeguard fairness and justice.
Hosted by the General Office of the SPP and co-organized by the provincial procuratorates of Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Sichuan, and Shaanxi, the exhibition aims to educate and inspire procuratorial personnel to firmly uphold the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, strengthen confidence in the socialist judicial and procuratorial systems with Chinese characteristics, and advance the steady and sound development of the procuratorial cause under the leadership of the Party.
The exhibition will run until September and will also be staged at the SPP's Xiangshan Office Compound and the National Prosecutors College, making it accessible to all SPP personnel and trainees from across the country.
