Procuratorial authorities in China have intensified efforts to combat telecom fraud, charging more than 62,000 people involved in related crimes in the first 11 months of last year, according to Du Xueyi, Director General of the Procuratorial Department for Economic Crime of the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
