On Nov 14, the Training Program for Mongolian Prosecutors, hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and organized by the National Prosecutors College, opened at the Shahe Campus of the National Prosecutors College in Beijing.

Relevant officials from the International Cooperation Bureau of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the National Prosecutors College highlighted the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Mongolia. They noted that the procuratorial organs of both countries have long maintained friendly relations and signed multiple cooperation agreements and memorandums of understanding over the years.

The training program serves as a significant opportunity to deepen professional exchanges between the two countries' procuratorial organs, and a concrete measure to support the Belt and Road Initiative and to continuously strengthen judicial forces with knowledge of and goodwill toward China.

As part of China's foreign-aid human resource development cooperation programs for 2025, the 21-day program brings together legal experts, scholars, and experienced prosecutors from across China to deliver lectures on topics such as public interest litigation prosecution, juvenile-related prosecution, and intellectual property rights-related prosecution.

During the program, participants will visit procuratorates in Beijing, Shanghai, and Zhuji in East China's Zhejiang province, as well as well-known local enterprises to gain insights into the operation of digital prosecution, the procuratorial practice of the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era, a successful model of grassroots dispute resolution in China, and the development of China's law-based business environment. Participants will also gain firsthand exposure to China's socialist rule of law system, the socialist procuratorial system, and recent progress in procuratorial reforms.

A total of 20 Mongolian prosecutors from the Prosecutor General's Office and various local-level prosecution services of Mongolia are participating in the program.
