A Manifesto Never to Be Forgotten

After the outbreak of the September 18th Incident, the first nationwide manifesto against Japanese aggression, the Manifesto of the Manchuria Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) on the Armed Occupation of Manchuria by Japanese Imperialists, sounded the very first clarion call to save the nation from subjugation and ensure its survival. It marked the CPC taking the lead in holding high the spiritual banner of the international anti-fascist war. Ninety-four years ago, revolutionary martyrs proclaimed the cry of "only through struggle" in the manifesto. Today, prosecutors stand before the historical site to fulfill their commitment of "only through safeguarding".
