Miao Shengming, male, Han nationality, born in November 1965, holds a postgraduate diploma and a doctoral degree in law. He is a member of the Communist Party of China, and currently serves as a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Deputy Prosecutor General, a member of the Procuratorial Committee, and a Class II Grand Prosecutor.
