To thoroughly implement the central leadership's instructions on the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin, fully tap the functional role of procuratorates in public interest litigation, and serve the major national strategy of safeguarding the ecological protection and high-quality development of the region, the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP) has decided to carry out a year-long grassroots procuratorial campaign on public interest litigation aimed at the protection of the region from February 2024 to January 2025.
