The Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP) recently released a batch of typical cases of procuratorial supervision over the execution of civil judgments and rulings concerning the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of vulnerable groups. It also required local procuratorial organs to fully tap their procuratorial functions in civil matters, thoroughly implement the guidelines of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on strengthening the legal supervision by procuratorial organs in the new era, and constantly reinforce procuratorial supervision over civil order execution in order to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of winning litigants.
