The 12309 PSC online platform encompasses the 12309 China Procuratorate website, the Procuratorate 12309 mobile client (APP), the 12309 Procuratorate Service Hotline of the 12309 PSC WeChat official account, and other forms. This online platform is designed to provide the public with a comprehensive "one-stop" service such as information disclosure, letters and visits, counseling, supervision, and other online services.
