Miao Shengming, male, Han nationality, born in December 1965, holds a doctor's degree in law. He is a member of the CPC and currently serves as a permanent member at the deputy-ministerial Class of the Procuratorial Committee of the SPP, and a Class II Grand Prosecutor.
