In the process of modernizing law enforcement agencies, we have established several new institutions, such as the Drug Enforcement Agency, the National Financial Regulatory and Anti-Corruption Office, and the Audit Office directly under the leadership of the president of Tajikistan.
The Prosecutor General Office of Tajikistan actively participates in drafting laws, regulations, and national programs aimed at improving public administration, enhancing the legal system, and combating crime. We also oversee the implementation of national modernization plans and provide recommendations to the government on measures to improve the efficiency of these plans. Our country has already established a solid legislative and legal framework to protect various types of business entities and to implement state supervision, auditing, and issuance of licenses for business activities.
