This year, Uzbekistan passed an updated constitution and has undertaken extensive reforms. One of the tangible outcomes is that our prosecutorial authority has become an institution that strengthens the rule of law and protects human rights.
Our prosecutorial authority has promptly introduced such concepts as "safe city" and "secure tourism" and has employed electronic systems for receiving and processing crime reports. We have also utilized “online” case handling procedures and collaborated with other agencies through platforms, achieving positive results. I suggest that member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization strengthen their exchange of experiences in further digitalizing their work and implementing innovative initiatives.
