National modernization is a process that ensures the effective functioning of state institutions, improves the quality of life for citizens, and maintains a nation’s competitiveness on the world stage. Prosecutorial authority plays a crucial role in this process. We must ensure respect for the rule of law within all initiatives, including those related to economic modernization. This includes oversight of the legality of financial flow, the prevention of corruption, and safeguarding the rights and freedoms of individuals and legal entities.
Currently, our prosecutorial authority places special emphasis on supporting and protecting business operations, shielding them from unjustified intervention by law enforcement and regulatory agencies, which ultimately promotes the sustainable and successful development of businesses in Kyrgyzstan.
