Investigators can obtain necessary information and provide guidance on expert opinions and other actions in criminal cases through data exchange systems, without needing to leave their offices. Currently, 90 percent of cases are handled electronically. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the efficiency of this system was particularly evident, as almost all business and processes were converted to online methods.
